The 264 are every Democrat in the House and Senate, the two independents who caucus with them, and the delegates. Totals cover the Democrats in office now, so they are not AIPAC’s total election spending: former members and money spent against candidates are left out. They are money already given or spent in the 2016–2026 election cycles, not 2028 spending. AIPAC PAC and United Democracy Project’s 2021–2026 total: $55.7M in earmarked donations from AIPAC’s donors that AIPAC PAC passed on, $36.0M in UDP ads, $2.77M given by the PAC itself.
